PETE SAMPRAS, the world No 1, heads the entrants for the Paris men's indoor tournament in Bercy, starting on 31 October, which has attracted all of the world's top 20 players except the No 10-ranked Alberto Berasategui, who is a clay-court specialist. The title holder, Goran Ivanisevic, of Croatia, will be seeded third behind the German Michael Stich.
