PAT CASH, the former Wimbledon champion who has been out of the game for more than a year with a knee injury, was yesterday eliminated in the semi-finals of the doubles at the South Australia Grass Court Championships in Adelaide. Cash said he hoped to gain a wild-card entry to next month's Australian Open.
