Sports betting: Draw a good option for Warsaw clash

LUXEMBOURG IS one thing, Poland is another. England had predictably little bother in rolling over Saturday's hapless visitors to Wembley but, although they beat Poland convincingly at home, Kevin Keegan's depleted squad faces a much tougher task in Warsaw tomorrow against a nation which took all six points in their two encounters with Bulgaria in Group Five and promise to provide an extremely tough test for England on their home soil.

England would definitely be fancied to hold the edge if they could put their best side out at a neutral venue, but, away from home and not at full strength, a draw is surely the shrewdest bet.

Estonia may also hold Scotland to a draw in their Group Nine game. Scotland beat Estonia 3-2 at home but, with everything to play for on both sides and away from home, a tight contest looks inevitable.

Suggested bets: pounds 1 Poland to draw with England at 9-4 (generally); and pounds 1 on Estonia to draw with Scotland at 12-5 (Stanley). (pounds 2 staked).
