Sir: Having read Gerard Hunt's letter, several options occurred to me to deal with shirt-pulling. These include players not wearing shirts - but will this lead to short-pulling?

Wearing thick gloves would make shirt-tugging more difficult. Probably more attractive to those watching would be skin-tight shirts with a non- stick surface.
