Tee Ritson loving life in Super League since St Helens loan move
The winger joined from Barrow in the summer and announced himself with a debut try.

Tee Ritson admits he has āloved every minuteā of playing with St Helens as he continues to embrace the challenge of playing in Super League.
The winger joined Saints on a season-long loan in November from Championship side Barrow after scoring 33 tries in 31 appearances with Raiders in 2022.
Ritson marked his debut in style for the defending Super League champions with a try against Castleford in the opening round of league fixtures and has continued to impress.
His performances have seen him start their last four Super League games and he feels he has adapted well to the leagueās standards.
āIāve loved every minute of it,ā the 27-year-old told the PA news agency. āObviously itās been a massive step up for me, the training and everything, I think Iāve adapted really well.
āIāve just kept my head down, focused on this year, focused on my training, the team and stuff like that then Iām getting a good run of games now so hopefully I can continue that form.
āThe team itself, theyāre a great set of lads, the clubās really good, all the staff have helped me out ā I couldnāt ask for anything more to be honest, Iāve loved my time here.
āThis time last year I was playing in the Championship and now Iām playing for the World Club Champions in Super League.
āItās a massive step up, the training, the intensity and stuff like that. The first couple of weeks I was pretty sore so I wasnāt used to all the training every single day!
āBut Iāve adapted to it, thereās a lot of new systems and tactics, things that you need to know within the team that Iāve had to get used to.
āI feel Iāve really settled in now and feel at home at this team.ā
Ritson was speaking ahead of the eagerly-anticipated Magic Weekend which takes place in Newcastle at St Jamesā Park with St Helens facing Huddersfield on Sunday.
The winger has previously played in the Summer Bash, a similar event where a round of Championship fixtures take place over the course of a weekend, but Ritson admits Magic Weekend is on a ādifferent levelā.
He said: āObviously the stadium that weāre going to be playing in this weekend is massive compared to the stadium weāve been in at the Bash before!
āIāve been involved in a few Summer Bashes and theyāve been great, theyāre really good for the fans.
āYou get a good mixture of fans there, fans who donāt usually watch you play so you can showcase what you can do.
āObviously this is a different level, a huge stadium, a massive following from all the teams, Iām expecting the place is going to be bouncing so Iām really looking forward to it.
āThis is the first time Iāve been in the stadium today, just looking at it now itās quite impressive, itās really something.
āI canāt wait to see what itās like once itās packed with loads of fans, Iām looking forward to experiencing it.ā
