Nicola Palmer shows perfect poise at the top of her dive in the Girls' Group C one-metre category of the ASA National Age-Group Championships at her home pool of Crystal Palace yesterday. Palmer finished second, behind Rebecca Doyle, also of Crystal Palace, and ahead of Emma Leete of Luton Kingfisher.
