Tim Henman, the British No 1, remains in 16th place in the world rankings despite being inactive for several weeks following his elbow operation. Henman, who hopes to resume playing at the Italian Open in Rome next week (12-16 May), needs to stay in the top 16 to ensure a seeding for Wimbledon. Greg Rusedski, recovering from a wrist injury, has dropped one place to 41 but, like Henman, is hopeful of competing in Rome.
