CHRIS BAILEY, who has had a five-month lay off due to a knee injury, will return to competitive action in the new Vauxhall Premier League Trophy, which is to be staged at the Royal Berkshire club, Bracknell, from 28 to 30 March.
Bailey will partner Jeremy Bates in an event which will give top club players the chance to compete against the leading British professionals.
They will represent David Lloyd's Raynes Park club, and the other four professional teams will include Andrew Foster, Mark Petchey and Chris Wilkinson.
The event is to be shown by Channel 4 in late spring and Bailey will be part of their team, dividing his time between commentary box and court.
