Rusedski maintains winning ways

Greg Rusedski beat Jonas Bjorkman of Sweden 7-5 6-3 in their quarter- final at the MFS Pro Championships in Massachusetts. The British No2 - who is seeded ninth at the US Open which begins tomorrow in New York - was competing in his first event for nearly two months, after suffering a left toe injury at the Swiss Open in early July. He faced France's Arnaud Clement in the semis.
