Belgium's Justine Henin gained revenge on Daniela Hantuchova yesterday, beating the rising teenager 6-4, 7-5 to make her way into the semi-finals of the Sparkassen Cup in Leipzig.
The third-seeded Henin, knocked out of the US Open by the 19-year-old, slammed an ace to close out the match after breaking the Slovakian's serve to take a 6-5 lead in the second set.
Henin will now face the winner between top-seeded Serena Williams and Slovakian Janette Husarova who were due to play their quarter-final match later yesterday.
