Martina Hingis insists she has no plans to make a singles comeback – at the moment.
The 32-year-old former world No 1 played her first WTA Tour match in almost six years at the Southern California Open, winning a first-round doubles match with partner Daniela Hantuchova 6-1, 6-1 against Julia Goerges and Darija Jurak.
Hingis said of her future plans: "I wouldn't want to come out and play one or two [singles] matches and then lose third round, that's not my type of personality. So, not at this point, no."
