Tennis pro's libel defeat
A professional tennis player described as the "world's worst" after losing 54 matches in a row has lost again – in court.
Robert Dee, 23, of Bexley, Kent, who is based in Spain, sued The Daily Telegraph for libel over its 2008 headline "World's worst tennis pro wins at last". But yesterday a High Court judge said the headline was justified. Mr Dee had already won damages and apologies from other media groups.
