Wimbledon 2015: Stanislas Wawrinka puts in a flawless performance to see off Fernando Verdasco and maintain perfect record
Wawrinka saw off Verdasco 6-4, 6-3, 6-4 to reach the fourth round without dropping a set

Stanislas Wawrinka wandered almost effortlessly into the tournament's fourth round with the kind of unremarkable win that should cause concern to anyone with serious intentions on lifting the trophy next Sunday.
The French Open champion played an almost flawless match against Spaniard Fernando Verdasco, once the world number seven, and after three matches is yet to drop a set in the tournament.
“I’m happy to get through,” he said. “The conditions were perfect. I played really well and I served really well.“
A solitary break of serve in each set was sufficient to win the match on Court One 6-4, 6-3, 6-4.
Verdasco, on the other hand, had taken ten gruelling sets to get this far, including a 13-11 final set victory over Martin Klizan in the first round.

Wawrinka kept alive the opportunity to join a truly exclusive tennis club, containing only Rod Laver, Bjorn Borg, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic, and winning the French Open and Wimbledon in the same year.
“I’m not thinking about that,” he said. “I’m thinking about my game, practising every day, and my next match. I will be ready for Monday.”
He fourth seed now enters the fourth round for only the fourth time in eleven Wimbledon appearances.
