The decision whether to confirm England as hosts for Euro '96 will be taken by Uefa's executive committee. It comprises: President: Lennart Johannsen (Sweden). Vice-Presidents: Antonio Matarrese (Italy), Egidius Braun (Germany), Sir Bert Millichip (England), Senes Erzik (Turkey).

Other members: Jo van Marle (Netherlands), Des Casey (Republic of Ireland), Jean Fournet-Fayard (France), Viacheslav Kuloskov (Russia), Joseph Missud (Malta), Perraven Ondal (Norway), Angelmaria Villarllona (Spain).
