The International Rowing Federation has cleared Silken Laumann of a doping offence at last month's Pan-American Games, but are to investigate the conduct of the doctor who had advised her. Canada's women's quadruple sculls team were stripped of their gold medals after Laumann tested positive for the banned substance pseudo-ephedrine.
