Will Ferrell managed a pretty impressive feat during Major League Baselball's spring training on Thursday - playing in all nine positions for nine different teams.

The actor and comedian is filming a baseball special for HBO and Funny or Die and spent his time hopping from one team to the next in a helicopter.

Unlike his affiliation for Premier League leaders Chelsea, the actor didn't mind donning the colours of a number of teams.

By the time he finished he had suited up for the Oakland Athletics, Seattle Mariners, Arizona Diamondbacks, Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds, Chicago White Sox, San Francisco Giants, San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers.
