Nca Winners Decided
The 2006 National Careers Awards winners have been finalised
After two extensive days of debate and discussion the winners of this year's National Careers Awards have been decided and now await their big moment in November.
Once again, those at the forefront of the profession who dared to try new projects and introduce innovative thinking have been rewarded for their bravery in giving their client base a dynamic opportunity to receive guidance that relates to them on a personal level.
With 68 entrants in the only awards ceremony to celebrate and reward projects at the forefront of professional innovation, it was not easy to finalise the winning entries. There were some excellent entries this year, including interactive websites, challenging research papers and cutting-edge careers projects. Once again careers professionals from across the UK were able to clearly demonstrate the complete range of excellence that currently exists within their professional field.
Those members who have booked a place at Annual Conference will be part of the glitz and glamour of the awards ceremony, while those who will not be joining us in Newcastle will receive a full-colour awards booklet after the ceremony. It will detail the winning entries and hopefully prompt you to enter the awards in 2007. If you have a project that you wish to enter simply keep an eye out on ICG communication early next year to see how you can get involved.
Our thanks go to all the judges and those involved in the short listing. However, our biggest thanks go to those practitioners who are at the heart of these awards, because without you we would have no excellence to celebrate.
