People on Twitter are dissuading their friends and followers from "tYp3[ing] LyK tHi5" on the morning of January 10.

The term has quickly risen to the top of Twitter's trending topics as people tweet: "I tYp3 LyK tHi5 cuz im cool... no you type like that because you failed English and can't type like this,'" and "Individuals who TyP3 LYk tHi5 are highly uncool & misguided. Oh and don't give me any of this 'its easier 2 TyP3 LYk tHis..'Because its not."

The name of Star Wars character "Jar Jar Binks" is in second place and "sScRRiIIbbB€ AaAzZzZhi" is in fourth place.

"Jared Lee Loughner," the name of the man charged with the 2011 "Tucson shootings," which killed six people over the weekend, is in third place. The name of American Congresswoman "Gabrielle Giffords," one of the 14 injured in the shootings, is also in the chart in fifth place.

" BLAQ Style," the name of the first album by Korean male group MBLAQ, is new in seventh place.

The name of American football player "Marshawn Lynch" is in sixth place, "#somethingboutme" is in ninth place and the name of American actor "Hill Harper" is in tenth place.

One hundred forty-character tributes to recently deceased English film director and producer "Peter Yates" have put his name in eighth place.
