The world's largest digital IT and telecommunications event is getting ready to open its doors to an expected 400,000 visitors from March 2 to 6. This guide will help you get the most out of the tech event whether you can be in Hannover, Germany to attend the event or are hitting the web hoping to find out about product releases and CeBIT news.

More than 4,100 companies from 68 nations across the globe will be exhibiting at the event. In 2010 the keynote theme of ‘Connected Worlds' will be spread across the expo floor. You can be connected to the event with CeBIT's mobile services.

Head to http://www.cebit.de/mobileservice to download CeBIT's Mobile Fair Planner - an electronic catalogue for mobile devices that gives you access to hall and site plans, information about companies and events exhibiting at CeBIT and provides general information about the event. You can also create your own lists and agenda so you don't miss out on anything.

CeBIT have also designed a mobile website for on-the-go information (similar to what's found on the mobile application) that can be accessed at http://www.cebit2go.com.

Looking for an event during CeBIT? Log onto http://www.cebit.de/search_ke and use their advance search to find keynote programs and special events taking place at CeBIT.
