Self-driving Uber that killed pedestrian in first deadly crash of its kind used by investigators to reconstruct accident
Bicycle of 49-year-old Elaine Herzberg also used in the reconstruction
Officials investigating a fatal self-driving Uber crash in Arizona have recreated the incident using the wrecked vehicle.
This time with a driver at the wheel, visibility and braking tests have been conducted.
The bicycle of 49-year-old Elaine Herzberg, who was killed in the collision, was also used in the reconstruction.
Ms Herzberg was walking her bike across the street on Sunday night when the autonomous Volvo ploughed into her, despite there being a backup driver on-board.
According to police the vehicle wasn't in self-driving mode during the test.
