Apple store woman's rant: should shop workers ask people to leave for bad behaviour?

Everyone knows the frustration of having a broken mobile phone.

But one woman was unable to control her tantrum as she headed to an Apple store in Los Angeles and was told she needed an appointment.

"I was told by AppleCare that I could walk in and get the parts", she shouts, before hitting the buggy.

An American actress uploaded the short clip to her Vine account, and it's now a viral hit.
