An investigation has been launched into the death of a crew member on the set of Johnny Depp's "The Lone Ranger".

A water safety expert working on the L.A. movie died on Friday while working inside a large water tank, reports TMZ.

Although it appeared Bridger suffered from a heart attack, there has been an investigation launched by workplace safety enforcement agency Cal/Osha to see if there was any negligence or wrongdoing.
