Muslim rappers and other US attempts to troll the terrorists

The internet is probably the key means used by modern day extremists to spread their message, so it makes sense for the US to take their fight against Islamic terrorists online.

The trouble is, at least according to this article in Wired, they have no idea what they're doing. "The government version of CVE seeks merely to provide cash and other resources for anti-radical 'education.' Or , as a White House strategy document put it, 'Foster community-led partnerships and preventable programming to build resilience against violent extremist radicalisation by expanding community-based solutions.' If that sounds vague to you, you've got plenty of company in Washington."
