Today is No Smoking Day, where UK charity WeQuit will be encouraging smokers to beat the habit for the day in an effort to give up.

You can work out what you'd be able to afford if you gave up here...a video game if you're 20 a week, or a 3D HD TV if you're on 20 a day.

It's the thirtieth No Smoking Day, with 750,000 smokers using the day as a catalyst for change.

The British Heart Foundation support the charity, as smoking doubles a person’s risk of heart attack. Their survey of smokers found that eight out of 10 smokers have tried and failed to quit, with an average of four quit attempts each.

Will you be cutting out the fags for the day?
