A report commissioned by the BBC Trust has suggested that the BBC find ways to report more "extreme" opinions, after concerns were raised that the broadcaster was lagging behind popular opinion in controversial areas like immigration.

Former ITV chief Stuart Prebble, who led the report, said that the BBC should avoid "over-reliance on Westminster voices" and bring in "new voices even if they are contentious".

Do you think the BBC should feature more extreme opinions? Or has the broadcaster got the balance right already?
