THE ROADS are unsafe enough already without the intervention of drivers who are sloshed up with drugs of various sorts. This is why I can see no 'good social effects' either in Mark Hunter's plan for 'home- brewed' substances (Letters, 26 June) or in the irresponsible support for decriminalising drugs recently expressed by certain senior police officers.
