WHILE pleased to see Messrs Hennessey and Bennetto's constructive article on nightclub security ('Bouncers go to charm school', 6 September), why then did they continue to encourage a destructive bias against, in the main, good hard-working men? Why denigrate door-security men with the highly pejorative 'bouncer' phrase and image? These men are called upon to protect and safeguard your children and mine in most difficult circumstances. Dropping the word 'bouncer' would help to stop prejudicing the public against those who help them.
