There is one truth about safe sex which every article on the subject should mention ("Safe sex: what's that then?", Real Life, 30 November). If, in the name of non-judgementalism, society condones promiscuous behaviour, it cannot complain if Aids and other sexually-transmitted diseases are still rampant in the21st century.
