Sir: Today's Independent (10 August) reports that Britain yesterday lifted its arms embargo on Angola, citing the Luanda government's legitimate right of self-defence against Unita rebels.

Will someone please tell me where or how the (recognised) Bosnian government forfeited this right in the eyes of the British government?
