Sir: Of the thirty members of my Rotary club, which has to be constituted so that each active member represents a different business, six are graduates, and almost all earn less than the twenty who left school at 15 or 16 and went into building, insurance, accountancy, haulage, estate agencies, quantity surveying etc etc.
