EMMA DALY'S revelation that South Africa's Minister of 'Law and Order', Hernus Kriel, will not allow South African Police into the KwaZulu 'homeland' ('Right wing defies SA's new order', 12 December) proves yet again that apartheid still reigns.

Such black 'homelands' - long ago shown by South African academics to be based on spurious white supremacist 'history' - have for years been described by Pretoria as the very 'focal point' of apartheid.
