Letter:Be careful not to boil your husband's

Michael Gifford, who reports his first experience of a double plural as "gateaux's", has perhaps not had occasion to collect his papers for two meetings - including the two agendas. That's the only double plural I know of that is useful, comes naturally, and is also recognised by the Concise Oxford Dictionary.
