Sir: John Lichfield asks ("How to save the world without leaving your high street", 18 November): "Why is there no consumer campaign against China?"

There is. Since May 1993, the Boycott China movement has been calling for the public to boycott goods made in China and has organised an Early Day Motion for MPs seeking an international boycott of goods made in Chinese prison camps.
