YOUR political correspondent Marie Woolf has misunderstood the proposed closed list system for the Euro elections ("Make or break for Greens", 29 November). The Government's proposals, if passed, will mean voters having a single vote for a party list or independent candidate. It will not mean numbering the ballot paper 1, 2 or 3 in order of preference.
