WHILE agreeing with H Kurzner (Letters, 13 September), that the term 'bouncer' may be somewhat denigrating when applied to doormen at nightclubs, this is a bit rich coming from somebody who employs those known locally as the 'Berlin Wall'. I assume that his comment that these men protect and safeguard people is an implication that we are safely tucked up in bed at an early hour, because the eye of a needle is no challenge compared with entering his club.
