AS A chartered surveyor who took part in the massive value banding exercise earlier this year I take the greatest offence to the reference to 'Mickey Mouse valuations by cowboy operators'. The public should be reassured that appropriate levels of care and professional standards were maintained in the conduct of the value banding.
