Sir: Leonard Doyle was only partially correct in stating that the last day for European Union citizens living in Britain to register to vote in the European elections was that day. In fact, such citizens have until 22 April to claim to be added to the register. They may do so by contacting their local council offices to obtain the appropriate form (UC2).
