Sir: Good luck to Rodger Minas ('Theft claimant makes a drama out of his crisis', 25 September). When we were on holiday in Australia, a bag was stolen from an 'unattended' car. Our insurance company refused to pay, despite selling us an expensive policy 'just right for our holiday touring by car'. No wonder insurance companies are so unpopular. Do they expect tourists to travel thousands of miles to sit in a car watching their possessions?
Yours sincerely,
