THE BRITAIN in Europe group last week appointed Simon Buckby to spearhead its campaign for the euro. This is the man who air-brushed the testicles from Labour's election-broadcast bulldog mascot. As joining the single currency would result in the emasculation of Britain, perhaps this is an appropriate appointment.
