I AM disappointed. 'Out of flavour with Brussels' (23 August) advocates enjoying the fruits of various food producers before Eurocrats close them down for not meeting production regulations. I would have thought a paper like yours would have been campaigning to prevent closure of such local institutions and encouraging the wider marketing of good-quality individual produce.
