CONTRARY to a claim made in 'BSkyB chief in move to Murdoch's Star TV' (Business, 8 August), News Corporation has made no approaches to the BBC over the editorial content of BBC World Service Television's channel on the pan- Asian Star TV network.
The BBC channel has been a key ingredient in the rapid growth of the network, and we look forward to maintaining our excellent relationship with Star TV.
