Letter : Invest or divorce

Sir: There is a very succinct answer to why G M Jones (letter, 24 April) should invest a 50 per cent joint commitment to parental and household responsibility. If he does, it's likely his marriage will last; if he doesn't, he will become a divorce statistic for sure.
