I MUST take issue with your legality point on the Nato bombing (Leading article, 16 May). The law is the servant of the people - not their master. Because people felt, for example, that homosexuals should not be imprisoned, the law was changed. I am glad that people's revulsion at events in Kosovo led them to feel that the law in this instance needed to be "changed" or ignored.
