Letter: Need for immediate action in Bosnia - and the risks

Sir: The rest of Europe has become a laughing stock over its failure to stop Serb-led aggression against Bosnia. If force must be used, it should be conclusive. The Serbs must be bombed, shot and starved until they end their aggression and recognise Muslim Bosnian independence.
