Sir: Norman Lamont's use of public money to pay personal legal expenses at a time when funding of legal aid is being curbed must be the ultimate piece of political hypocrisy. He should go - and now - before both the Government and Prime Minister are tagged with the same lack of judgement and sensitivity.
