Sir: Just as we are about to try out our new War Crimes Act on an 84- year-old foreigner, a British ex-serviceman, speaking about the Falklands war (Magazine; "Para-noia", 20 May) can freely admit: "We found some conscripts cowering in a hole, but we killed them anyway. We killed whatever we could."
