Sir: The Dutch father of a baby expected by a British surrogate mother has no rights over the child. The sperm donors to two lesbian mothers are wanted by the Child Support Agency for their supposed fatherly obligations. There seems to be some confusion here, but at least we now know that lesbian would-be parents should choose foreign sperm-donors.
