Sir: I hope Britannia is not scrapped. Instead might I suggest that she be sunk as an artificial reef? She would join other famous vessels like Rainbow Warrior that now delight thousands of divers. As the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince of Wales and Duke of York are all divers, perhaps they could make the first dive.
