Letter: Simply the best

IT IS not at all difficult for caterers to obtain genuine organic supplies, as Sue Harrison at the Commons suggests ("MPs dined on fake organic chicken", 31 January). If she chooses to use a long supply chain she runs that risk, but the Soil Association has available lists of suppliers and in its magazine has numerous adverts enabling her to buy produce direct from Soil Association-registered farms by mail order. It's very simple.
