Sir: Lisa O'Kelly ('Good heavens] I see stars', 2 December) infers that astrology has become respectable because it's in the Sunday Times. I'm afraid that she's got it the wrong way round. The presence of Shelley von Strunckel's column in the Sunday Times magazine is simply a sign that a once-great newspaper has gone even further 'down the tube'. The fact that the readers of a so-called 'quality' newspaper actually wanted this column suggests that they are both less well-educated and less discriminating than of yore.
Yours faithfully,
